BOOKS DELIVERED TO VENUE IN ADVANCE OF ALAN’S VISIT.
The visit includes a talk, including Q&A, for a group of students (works from age 9 to graduates!), and, at the end of the school day, a workshop for teachers. The teacher session includes writing for children, a focus on the business of books, and how to get your own work published.
For both talks, focus on books to come in the Kitten Cuthbert series (see attached) and suggestions welcome for content within those books as well as ideas for future titles.

ONLY EQUIPMENT NEEDED TO BE PROVIDED BY ORGANISER – MIC (if needed) AND PROJECTOR/SCREEN FOR ALAN’S POWERPOINT PRESENTATION.
GOVERNANCE AND SAFEGUARDING INFORMATION – As a regular speaker in schools and government facilities, Alan has enhanced DBS. He also holds an honours degree in education.
